Simply put, in the most loving way, this is our “hand holding” package. We are there for every step along the way from the moment you say “yes” until the end of your wedding weekend. Lean on us to support you and advocate for you as we guide the entire wedding planning process and then orchestrate your wedding day from set up to tear down. We’re here to answer endless questions, join you for tastings and fittings, help with all design decisions, and more often than not, to be your listening ear (we wear all the hats). We don’t believe in cookie cutter events and treat every couple and process with a unique approach. As natural story tellers, we use our “outside the box” design style to bring your story to the forefront.

  • Wedding favor/welcome bag curation & assembly

  • Create day-of itinerary & vendor contact list to be distributed to all vendors

  • Rehearsal run-through (1.5 hours max)

  • Wedding advice & etiquette

  • Decor setup *additional physical labor not included

  • Complete event management day-of

  • Assistant day-of planner(s)

  • Distribute final payments & gratuities

  • Collect wedding decor you would like back after wedding

This package is ideal for the couple who wants to be hands on and involved in the decision making process, but would like assistance along the way. You may already have your venue or a few additional vendors, but in general, you would love help with all of the little details from there. This is our most popular planning package. Includes Day-of Coordination.

Partial planning services start at $6000

  • Review vendor contracts

  • Attendance of three final vendor meetings of your choice

  • One site visit

  • Create day-of itinerary & vendor contact list

  • Rehearsal run-through (1.5 hours max)

  • Event management (12 hours on day-of)

Our day-of wedding coordination service is perfect for the couple who have completed all their wedding plans and want a professional to execute these plans to ensure a relaxing and stress free day.
